About Me

I do my best to be the fullest version of myself each day possible. I try to be the best parent to my kids and be the lifelong best friend I promised my husband the day we said "I Do". I love powerlifting, resistance training, and pushing myself to new limits. I coach soccer and play on a adult team. I proudly serve in the US Air Guard and love supporting my country. I love to travel, love 80's music, and have a love for coffee. I had a few special people cross my path, some of which are no longer here with us-I remember their love, kindness, compassion and as I go about life-I reflect and do the best I can to exemplify those qualities of which made a impact on me to others.
